These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Abby LLC ("Abby") website at abby23.com, our services, and our text messaging program. By using our website or opting in to receive text messages, you agree to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Abby provides AI-assisted real estate development and property tools. In free beta this includes permitting support, property management, Design Studio, and local budget drafts. Bidding, draws, contracts, and live municipal lookups are not available.

3. Text Messaging (SMS) Terms

SMS messaging is not available in free beta. These terms cover text messages only if Abby operates an SMS program and you have opted in. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. After you reply STOP, we may send one message confirming your opt-out.
• Reply HELP for help, or contact bill@abby23.com.
• Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Our Privacy Policy, including how we handle mobile numbers and SMS consent, is available at abby23.com/privacy.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Abby shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
